Before Burning

To ensure a safe and effective first burn of your candle, place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface to prevent any accidents. Allow the candle to burn for at least two hours to avoid tunnelling and ensure an even melt pool. Always burn the candle in a draught-free area to maintain a steady flame and enhance safety. Although the wicks should be self-trimming, make sure the wicks are no longer than 1/4 inch before burning to ensure an even burn. By following these recommendations, you can enjoy your candle safely and effectively.

During Burning

To ensure the best experience while enjoying your candles, it's important to follow a few simple care tips. First, avoid burning your candle for more than four hours at a time to prevent overheating and ensure an even burn. Always keep the candle within sight while it's lit, as this helps prevent accidents. When it's time to extinguish the flame, use a candle snuffer instead of blowing it out, as this minimizes smoke and soot, keeping your space cleaner and enhancing your candle's longevity. By following these steps, you can safely enjoy the ambiance that candles bring to your home.

After Burning

To ensure your candle remains in optimal condition after burning, it's essential to care for it properly. Start by keeping the wax pool clean; remove any debris or wick trimmings that may have fallen into the wax. This not only maintains the appearance but also prevents any potential hazards during future burns. Additionally, store your candle a dark place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its fragrance and colour. Lastly, always store it with the lid on to protect it from dust and to ensure that it maintains its delightful scent.
